I needed an emergency ultrasound done, and was told by Norton’s it would be 6 weeks. I had the paperwork faxed to this office and by the time I got from Norton’s, to this office. We was ready to go back! The ladies are so nice at the front desk, and the technician that performed the ultrasound was very very nice. We was there a total of 25 minutes including paperwork. It was the most painless experience I’ve had. If you need an ultrasound...... please do not hesitate to go here. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Made an appointment for 11:45 and got a text message confirming my appointment for 12:15. That's not what they said. Got a link to preregistration and do my paperwork. That's what the extra 30 minutes is for. why can't they just say, "well make you an appointment but we really don't care because we are going to do things on our schedule anyway."they really do not care about their customers.

Terrible waiting walking service. We been waiting nearly two hours for walking schedule to been see.And still wouldn’t figure why the patient who come later than us been see first.

Best MRI experience ever! I'm very claustrophobic and had to get a neck MRI - so fully in the tube. All of the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The MRI bore (hole) was bigger than other MRIs and they play your music of choice. They turned a typically fear-inducing experience into a relaxing one. I hope, if I need more MRIs in the future, I get to come back here. Thank you!
