List of Justin J. Kruer's Reviews
After several years of debilitating back and abdominal pain, consultation with 3 neurological surgeons ,two pain clinics, several epidural and ablation treatments and desperation acupuncture/chiropractic treatments I finally wound up seeing Dr Kruer. First thing he said was “I think they’ve been looking in the wrong place. By God he was right and his diagnosis lead me to being PAIN FREE! After leaving Montana for Kentucky he kept in touch with me by phone to help insure the success of my treatments. Can’t express my gratitude towards him. We want him back!
I was referred to Dr Kruer to deal with front right thigh pain. i was diagnosed with arthritis in the lower spine causing pressure on a nerve to the thigh causing the pain. After two series of shots to my lower spine my main pain now is unbearable back pain which i did not have before the shots to my back. If i had known that this was the result of these exploratory shots i would not have agreed to the shots.
I don’t understand the comments of those who say he wasn’t attentive or a pill pusher. I’ve been a patient of his for well over 10 years. I actually followed him from one practice to another because of his treatment of me. Always listened to my concerns and formulated a plan of action. Multiple prong treatment plan in all my years. Because of him I was able to have some quality of life in which to raise my daughter. I’m very sad that he moved away from the area and I wish him well and will miss him dearly. Hoping the new doc is half as good as him.
Dr. Kruer Thank you for always being very nice. A d thank you for being good at what you do. I am going to miss you. But good luck in your next journey. God bless maybe we will meet up again. Your friend, Regina Smith
I always look forward to my epidural appointments with Dr. Kruer. He is very skilled, professional, and actually cares about how I'm doing. Unlike many specialists, he doesn't make me feel like I'm taking up his time & he never acts like he's doing me some kind of favor by merely existing. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Dr Justin Kruer is a horrible doctor mostly a pill pusher. Along with being a liar. His last comment to me was I will not let you down. What did he do but ignore my call backs and pushed me away like I was worth zero. Well let me tell you Justin you have ruined too many peoples lives just so you can make $$$. I hope when your time comes those lives you shattered come back to haunt you!!!
I am very disappointed with Dr. Kruer and his staff. The only nice one is his immediate assistant. I have been to this office 3 times thinking it would get better but it doesn’t. When you call the staff treats you as if you are annoying them. I had the doctor walk out of the room when I was taking to him shocked and disappointed all I wanted to know was expectations of a procedure. I’m looking for another doctor after this. The only doctor in beacon worth seeing is Rohmiller he is very nice.
He does not spend much time going over concerns and questions. He walked out of the room in the middle of my question to him very rude. The office staff is not friendly when you call them for help I’m definately going to seek care elsewhere.
I was referred to Dr. Kruer by Beacon Orthopedics. Before he would accept me as a patient, he wanted 1 years worth of back records. His staff then said they would do a thorough review and advise me either way. 4 weeks later, after several requests for response, a staffer who couldn't answer any questions called to say he declined to accept me but didn't know why. Completely unprofessional and inexcusable. In a way, I'm glad he didn't see me after that experience.
The office staff are snarky, unorganized, and not timely. Although I have had pleasant experiences in other areas of Beacon, I would steer clear of Dr. Kruer's office due to this lack of unprofessionalism.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
