The process went well. Work needed my fingerprints for a background check. My hands sweat bad and the lab processor tech was nice to help. The waiting room receptionist seemed slighlty annoyed. Maybe she was having a bad day. The waiting room could use a fresh coat of an inviting paint color.

Perfessional place whom treats each person with respect. No one wants someone watching them pee but they have a way of making you feel comfortable about it. The place is clean and comforting. Each employee I've encountered at ARCpoint Labs was excellent! Anytime I have a chose I choose ARCpoint 😊

My son had a fever, so I and my son both went there for a rapid test. The female receptionist asked us to sign in very coldly without asking why we were there. (I didn't have to do that,)As I struggled, another male staff helped me. He responded kindly using a translation app. However, the female receptionist frowned, saying that there was only one reservation without even checking the monitor closely. After that, the test was completed smoothly with the help of the male staff, but it was an unpleasant experience from the start of the day.She needs to learn kindness.

I was called back ahead of schedule (I had arrived a few mins early) and greeted by a very friendly rep. She explained everything thoroughly and had a fantastic attitude. Everyone, including the receptionist, was pleasant and knowledgeable!

My experience with with the services at ARClabs was positive. My appointment started on time and the gentleman that helped me complete my I9 was very helpful and professional. The only thing I would change (and this is obviously just my opinion) is that since there were many customers coming and going thru their smaller lobby as well as sitting and waiting - masks should have been required. Other than that everything was great. I definitely recommend using ARClabs and I’d definitely use their services again.
