Unless your family member is terminally ill I would beg you not to consider Bluegrass Care Navigators. They checked my family member into hospice claiming (and convincing her) she had congestive heart failure, but the doctor NEVER evaluated her. No tests, symptoms went away, and no real reason why she should’ve been in hospice in the first place. Said family member gave up her will to live and died 90 days later. There was no rhyme or reason to her treatment. The Doctor is being reported for malpractice. Also, they have a history of lying to Medicare in order to get money from them (just google it.)
