Catherine Hughes's Online Review Report Card

My daughter took my 6 year old granddaughter there, she had a ruptured eardrum, when asked if she wanted to go ahead and do a Covid test, my daughter said no. This dr then threw her pen down and slammed her clipboard on the desk and left the room without giving instructions on what to do next. I tried to call the office and speak to the “ office manager “ regarding this matter, my call was put through to voicemail. My daughter is a young looking 28, this is her only child , she’s a wonderful mother, they deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I told her to make sure to specify any dr but this one from now on. So very disappointed and aggravated. Had to give a star, didn’t want to.

Disrespectful, rude and racist. She left the door open after she came in and she did it again when she came back with the visit summary. My wife was breast feeding!!! She started still left it wide open. When I reached out to take the papers from her she throw them down on the table and walked out saying “ you guys are done. You can leave” then she said/yelled after she walked out “ you can finish breastfeeding if you want. We believe that we were treated like this b/c of the way my wife looks.

During a visit with my four year old suffering from a facial and hand rash outbreak this doctor was incredibly rude and unable to accurately diagnose my daughters ailment. During the visit I felt rushed and like I wasn't being given the answers I needed. Rather than take time to explain I found myself googling what Dr. Hughes was saying as she entered notes into my child's file. At the close of the visit Dr. Hughes chastised me for "texting" as she rudely exited with no diagnosis paperwork.
