I've been seeing this office for 12 years now. My whole family goes here and my sister is to work in office. I'm sad to say that the manner in which I was spoken to today was very offensive and off putting. I have never been treated or spoken to like that when calling and setting up an appointment.

Dr. Curtis Dorsch is LAZY! Do not waste your time, energy, or money with his or at this practice! He was too lazy to return my husbands phone call regarding his worsening COVID symptoms. He had his nurse reply back with, “rest and feel better!” That response quickly changed when I had the nurse relay the message that this was on a recorded line that he was telling a COVID patient who is having shortness of breath and difficult breathing to “rest and feel better.” Still, Dr. Curtis Dorsch refused to care for patient and discuss his medical concerns. St. Elizabeth Heathcare should be ashamed to have physicians like him on staff! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take your time, energy, and money across the river to Christ Hospital!

I made appointment for Dec 19 and waited 3 months for this. I called today to check the appointment but they informed me that there is no appointment. They gave me new date which is 5th March so I have to wait another 3 months for this appointment. Not happy at all.

Dr Dorsch has taken excellent care of my mother. He never rushes her during visits and gives her time to express her concerns. From the moment he walks through the door he is checking her chart, assessing her, and treating her with such kindness. My mother would not be here today if it wasn't for Dr Dorsch and her family is grateful for the level of care he gives her.

I've been seeing Dr. Dorsch for about 5 years now and have had the most exceptional care from him. He is always there to answer any questions and is genuinely concerned with your well being. I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician.
