If you are in “Any” kind of medical attention that requires at least a call back within a week or a month. Proceed to the nearest Emergency Room. This place should be put under investigation.!!!! This coming from a spouse of a retired veteran with life threatening conditions that are referred to this facility. We have repeatedly called and left concerning urgent messages. They are a definite fail in our book. Please proceed to the nearest hospital. Anything is better than this place.

If you're a recently separated veteran don't waste your time. You're better off paying for civilian health insurance or just waiting for disability claims because that's the only way you'll get help for medical problems it seems.

Normally, I go to the outpatient clinic in Dearborn County, IN. But, with certain circumstances, I had to go to the Florence one. They were very welcoming and we're willing to answer any questions I had. I probably would give it 5 stars, but I've only been there once.
