Dr. LaCount was our son's pediatrician from his birth in 2021 until we moved a year and a half later and weren't able to see him anymore. I was genuinely upset to have to leave his practice. He was an incredible doctor to our son and such a great support for us as new parents. The care that Dr. LaCount provides is calm, comforting, and straightforward. He knows his stuff, having raised kids himself, and is so relatable to speak with. He doesn't dismiss concerns, but takes extra time to discuss them. He went out of his way to show us kindness. I would recommend Dr. LaCount to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and approachable doctor for their child.

The best! From our teen son to our newborn daughter, he has a way with children of all ages. Truly a wonderful doctor that takes his time, gives thoughtful and well rounded answers and gifts each child a book that he personally purchased. You really won’t find better care for your children than Dr. Lacount

My wife and i took our grandson to him about a stomach issue after multiple other places. He was given any records available including children's hospital. He supposedly looked over them and said there was nothing wrong with our grandson. Apparently he didn't even look through them the same way our attorney didn't because within those records our grandson was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. This man along with our caseworker, attorney and many many other people either can't read or simply don't care. The result of pointing out facts to these people that is clearly in the records is our grandson being ripped from our home and our love. I have absolutely zero faith in this doctor and the entire system. Its all one huge sad joke.

I've been taking my daughter to St. E Pediatrics in Florence for years, but last week was the first time she was seen by Dr. Lacount. He was friendly, funny, and he really listened to what we both had to say. He came up with a plan of action specific to her needs & we couldn't be happier with her progress. I've never requested to have a particular doctor when I schedule her appointments, but I will definitely be requesting Dr. Lacount for all future visits!
