Came to Dr. Koop because there was a cyst/mass found on my ovary during an ER visit. (Went to the ER and found a kidney stone and during the CT scan, the mass was found). I was terrified of coming here and being examined by a unknown male, due to s3xual trauma (I was violently rap3d and mol3st3d- I spell it like that so google doesn't take my review down). Dr. Koop was so kind, understood and just expressed that this was a medical thing. That he was just doing this for the specialist that I have to see. And reassured me that there would be a female nurse in the room with me. He informed me everything he was doing. He talked me through the entire thing and put my mind at ease. For sure will be returning to his office. There needs to be more compassionate and trauma informed people like Dr. Koop and his office. If I could give more (positive)stars, I would! <3

He was great any problem I had he helped me with the best he could when he did my test or anything that had to do touching my private part he was gentle and made me very comfortable he was the best doctor I had out of all three of my pregnancies I do recommend him he is great

He is an awful doctor!! I have only met him once, he didn’t really care what I had to say and acted like he was in a huge hurry to get to whatever was next. I have been a patient there since October 2018 and coming from what I had to this is just devastating. I moved from Indiana and had an awesome doctor who cared. But this doctor does not care or reply to anything!!!! This past Tuesday was my 4th attempt!! To get a reply back from “the doctor “ as the girls that answer the phone say. “.He is in surgery or he's at a different location,or he’s not in today” He’s always got something else going on. Well I’m a new patient and didn’t ask to be with this doctor. So why was I put with him and why can’t I be with someone who acts like they care? I want a doctor who is there for his patients and acts like he wants to help! I will be looking for a new doctor

He talked to me, made me feel completely comfortable through out my first pregnancy. He definitely is one of the best. Will be using him again

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to any woman for care. Never calls back or takes you seriouslyalso there's no bedside manner with this doctor.your treated as if your just part of a herd.

Dr. koop is awesome. he cares about what is going on with you.i was in pain for over a month due to a fallopian tube and my first appt he had everything planned and knew what was going to happen. im so happy i chose him to be my dr he is the best and would refer him to everyone.
