I saw Natalie and Devona today. Just wonderful, kind, professional care. Patient, concerned, much teaching and explanations of physiology of my pain and teaching and explaining the options available. Everyone, from the front desk, to medical care associates, have shown such kindness and professionalism.

Dr Hoffman is a great doctor for doing t ablation and doing his best to help get rid of the arthritis pain in my lower back and I recommend anybody to go see Dr Hoffman

I started with back injections (2 caudal injections). I’ve been in 8 months of absolute pain with 3x visits to the hospital. Gave meds but they didn’t work. Discussed with my surgeon who sent a note over to the office saying to increase dose/frequency. The women in the front confirmed they received it. After hearing nothing a few days, I call back and they had “no idea what I was talking about” and wouldn’t let me speak ultimately saying “Dr. Hoffman does not want to treat you long term we have a list of other doctors you can see” which is another 8 months until I have an anterior inter body lumbar fusion. I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is. Not treating a patient because I am 25? I have had 14 broken bones, 5 surgeries, soon to be 2 spinal fusions and I have been rear ended 5 times. I know pain. You cannot base treatment off of age only.. how ageist! He treats you as a statistic and rude in his comments during appointments. Makes you feel like your pain is nothing.
