The staff was 100% Dr. Knibbe was great ! He explain everything and the morning after the procedure I had NO PAIN !

I feel that I received the best care possible by Dr. Knibbe. I had several teeth removed and afterwards had no pain from the extractions. I appreciate the staff as well, and had full confidence in the care I was receiving. I would recommend Dr. Knibbe to anyone that is looking for an oral surgeon.

Dr.Knibbe has provided max-facial services to our family for many years. He is highly trained, a top notch expert In his field and has a wonderful and caring personality, making it very clear that he always puts patients first. He carefully explains his recommendations and then keeps one informed as he executes their procedure. He is very sensitive to patients with special needs, concerns and anxieties and he always puts one at complete ease and trust in his expertise and care. He Is also very responsive to special requests such as calling in prescriptions at odd hours and of course following up with his patients to check in on them after an office visit. Dr. Knibbe also has a top-notch staff in Every way. I extend to him my highest rating and recommendation. There is no one Better in his field than Dr. Knibbe.

If you have children do not take them here! Back in September we had an appointment for my son. This was a consultation to discuss 4 teeth being extracted. I explained to the nurse that he has high anxiety and I would rather have the consultation without him there. They refused. We understood and brought him with us. As soon as they took us back the nurse started talking about his anxiety and explained that they would not be responsible for restraining him. She also started talking about sedation. My son began to get very agitated and started reacting to what she was saying. I asked her to leave the room until my wife got to the appointment. She left and my wife showed up. While explaining to her what happened the Dr came in with the nurse. We immediately told him we were no longer interested in having the procedure done there due to their lack of sensitivity to our needs. He understood and still asked if he could look at his teeth. I told him I wouldn't and he didn't. I stopped at the front desk and they told me not to worry about anything and we wouldn't be billed. I just received a bill from our pediatric dentist for my son's office visit that wasn't covered from November. I called the insurance and was told we had an office visit at Dr. Knibbe's that caused us to go over the allowance. So not only was my son put under unnecessary stress along with myself and wife be we paid for the visit. What a joke! I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to stay away from Dr. Knibbe's office.

Dr Knibbe is a great oral surgeon. My husband, my daughter and myself all had our wisdom teeth there. We were virtually pain free. Great experience! Highly recommend.

Very caring doctor and staff. They all explain everything with clarity to the patient and they call to check up on you several times following the procedure. Highly recommend!!

He is very knowledgeable and caring. The entire staff was excellent! Everything is explained to you and they make sure you understand ...and answer any questions you may have. Very professional! I can see why my dentist prefers his patients to go to him for surgical procedures. Very thankful!

I had an appointment and same day procedure with this practice. The staff was efficient, welcoming and professional. The office was inviting and clean. All members involved in my care, from signing in to walking me out, made sure that I knew what to expect. Dr. Knibbe came highly recommended to me and now I know why! He is very inquisitive - puts all of the pieces together and formulates a plan of care specifically for you. I didn’t feel a thing!

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. Knibbe and his staff are. From the time we walked in the door and enjoyed a cold bottle of water, to the consultation room where Dr. Knibbe reviewed the x-rays and discussed a treatment plan in a calm and caring manner, to the nursing staff answering all our questions with a smile and lots of patience, to the way the entire staff work together as a finely-oiled machine, and all the way to the finished product itself --- which is a very happy customer with a healthy and beautiful smile! This physician really seems to care about his patients and his staff. I recommend them highly!

I had a recommendation for this doctor after going to the urgent dental. The first available appointment they had was a month away despite their website saying “For emergency situations, every attempt will be made to see you the same day”. When I asked about that, the receptionist asked if I was looking at the right website. The doctor may be great but if you need to be seen urgently, call somewhere else.
