Only gave me terbinafene for one week after stating the clinical studies prescribed it for two weeks. As a result my fungal infection spread and I had to pay for another visit to get an anti fungal and steroid cream and I’m still fighting everything. Glad it’s working now just would’ve liked to have gotten properly treated the first time. Very personable and I’m sure great outside of this issue
Awesome! Does his best to make sure you stay healthy and keeps you well-informed.
I feel like I have to come in every time I need a refill for meds I have been taking these meds longer than he has been a doctor! Ask for a refill because I have been traveling for work and realized I was out when I got home. Denied twice until I come in for a visit again
The most amazing doctor! I absolutely love Dr. Hartman. He is so empathetic, realistic, honest, and caring. He takes all the time needed with his patients. He’s just a very genuine and caring person.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hartman’s for 5+ years. My latest interaction with him and St. Elizabeth Health Care is my last. I had my annual well visit on 12/30/21. We discussed my overall health including the one medicine that he has prescribed for me for years. It is related to a recurring viral infection and the medicine helps lessen or eliminate breakouts. On 1/17/22, I used MyChart to request a refill of the medicine and was promptly informed by his PA that he declined to issue a refill without me coming in for another appointment! I appealed stating that I needed this very common medicine as I could feel an outbreak coming on. He refused!! So now I am dealing with the situation without the needed medicine. Dr. Hartman has demonstrated that he has no regard for patient well being. I will never see him again!

I have had back pain for many years. I was so lucky to find this doctor who has taken my pain away with the right medication. Thankyou for the excellent care!! I highly recommend. Leonard
Dr. Hartman, really cares about his patients. He is very responsive and always works towards the right solution for my needs. I definitely recommend him!
Terrible physician. Horrible bedside manner. This guy is unprofessional and disrespectful to patients.
He is the kind of doctor we had when I was a kid. He listens, is caring and I feel like a person instead of a number. I highly recommend Dr. Hartman!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
