All of my kids have gone here and they have been nothing but AMAZING Jessica Baumann is nothing short of amazing She take time to answer all my questions and listens to my concerns. She has help my family so very much over the last 8 months My older kids usually see Ann Macke and of course she is amazing as well She has never let me down when my kids have been sick or we have questions All round this is the best Drs office for kids
The entire team at Pediatrics of Florence is superb Dr. Rob leads the team and he is an incredibly smart caring physician. They also have a number of skilled Nurse Practitioners. I bring all 4 of my children to this practice and we couldn’t be happier.
We love this office. All the providers and nurse practitioners are amazing. I feel you have plenty of providers to choose from to find the best one that fits your family’s personal needs. I’ve always been able to get my kids in for a same day sick visit with no problem.
Initially I felt very excited to bring my child here mostly because they say they accept children on a delayed vaccination schedule. I was a first time parent and had many questions. Real quick I discovered that only one doctor in the practice will see you and he is very degrading and rude when it comes to asking any questions pertaining to vaccines. He immediately begins to fear monger and belittle you. I decided to leave soon and find a doctor who was actually going to team up with me as a parent and allow me to ask any questions I needed. If you are a parent seeking a practice who will accept your child with a delayed schedule this is not the one. They say they will but in the end it seems obvious that their only goal is to make you lack confidence in your decisions as a parent. I always left feeling defeated and discouraged. I understand that as a doctor you are obviously going to want your patients to be on the exact CDC schedule but as a parent I have a right to do the research and make my own decision. And I am glad I have found a different doctor who actually teams up with me on my journey of parenthood versus acting more as a dictator and discrediting any research I have done individually. I have never left a bad review anywhere but I felt this was necessary if it meant a vulnerable first time parent who was once in my shoes could avoid being treated as I did. If your child is on a normal vaccine schedule this office would be a great pick.
I am hurt by the treatment of this office today. I called this morning because my daughter was ill and spoke with Haley Bailey who is always very kind. She ended up having Tara call me back from the beginning of the phone call she was mean and uncaring. After I begged her for an appointment to make sure my daughter was okay I promised her I would call back and update her when I woke my child back up after giving her medication. I called back numerous times speaking to Renee who was very rude and disrespectful. Finally after a third call Madison connected me back to Tara who was very mean and rude. Although I’d called numerous times with Renee to update her she didn’t care about this and accused me of “just” calling. She was very sarcastic and mean to work in a pediatric office. This is sad because since the two have joined it’s been a bad experience as the facility is not diverse at all and myself and my children are treated differently. I asked for the manager today to discuss these concerns and she was on vacation I am sure this is why the bad treatment. Now I will have to take a trip to children’s if there are issues with my child however this should not be allowed in a doctors office. I can not believe the way Tara and Renee treated me. This is just sad.
Fantastic practice Dr Rob and his team are outstanding. We have trusted them with the care of our 3 children and have recommended to many others. You never feel rushed and have always been able to be seen timely for sick or well visits. We will never go anywhere else
I take my children to see lauren and she is by far the most amazing dr Love her
Today I had appointment for my 5 months old baby boy at 2pm... The doctor do not know how to hold the baby properly. They should be aware the baby will be move at any direction all of a sudden hence they need to make sure they hold them properly.1While checking the baby heart beat at back my baby face was almost at his toesthen I lifted his head when I saw.2She was not holding the baby properly again he jumped on his back all of a sudden. Since the table is made of but foam kind of it did not hurt the baby much.3As mentioned in the 2nd point she dint not hold the baby properly again this time as well he jumped all of a sudden to his back and this time it was wall and the edge it was sharped pointed. He screamed and started crying. It took sometime to cool him down. I hope it will be fine and does not lead to hurt him any further.I thought we came here unnecessarily.I dont understand how can a person be so careless multiple times. Who is responsible if something happens to baby? This is not at all acceptable. One who is working to treat the children should know who to handle them well.I dont remember the doctor name.
I love this practice. After reading several reviews complaining about the front end staff I found it necessary to state a difference of opinion. I have never experienced any negative attitude by anyone at the front desk. On the contrary I have always been met with a good attitude and a smile. The staff and MAs are full of empathy for what my children are going through when they are sick. Also I have never had an situation where if I cant pay my bill completely Ive been asked to leave the practice. Just set up a payment plan and pay consistently and were good.As far as the reviews on the interrupted vaccine schedule I too was a parent who was scared from all the media coverage of vaccines possibly being the cause of mental disabilities. I transferred to Pediatric Associates because Dr Rob was willing to help me through my anxieties and educate me on proper vaccine schedules. We did develop an interrupted vaccine schedule for my second child. He was incredibly patient with me and my ability to then realize the importance of vaccinations. Thankfully I wised up and my kids are fully vaccinated and healthy.
They kicked out my granddaughter because her mother didn’t know that her dad didn’t pay a $30 co pay. A $30 copay are you kidding me. Definitely all about money and not about the patients care at all even though if they were smart they wouldn’t lose the 1000’s of dollars losing her and more when my other grandchildren leave as well Very very disheartening And my kids went there as well Not good business since at all

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
