Dr. Strickmeyer was great! It was his PA that saw me first who was very gruff. I wrote down all of the side effects like you should so you don't forget. She read them and after each one would say "not possible" with this medication. After that she said "I'll give you the coughing" since it was a real side effect of the blood pressure medication Lisinopril. I was disappointed that she had to remind ...

My husband has been treated by Dr Strictmeyer since the fall of 2000. He has taken wonderful care of my husband and I am we thankful for his expertise and concerned care. I have been with him for most of his visits and Dr Strictmeyer takes the time to treat us like a family member. Thank you so very much Dr. Strictmeyer!

Dr. Strickmeyer takes time to use layman terms so that you totally understand everything about your diagnosis to procedures. He has a wonderful bedside manner that definitely conveys that he genuinely cares for his patients. He is a terrific heart doctor. Very smart and knowledgeable.

I will nvr see this doctor again. Very unprofessional to tell a patient to put their dog in a shelter, leave her partner & move in with their parents. This was after he told me i need to get a job!! He had NO idea what my other health issues were, and seemed to completely dismiss me after only running two basic tests and seeing me once previously . I felt more defeated & broken when i left his office, than i did when i first saw him. Not a lot of options in an area controlled by one network.

I can't say anything specific about Dr. Strickmeyer because I have never met him. However, my dad was under Strickmeyer's care and had a cardiac arrest about 4 weeks ago. At that time, I requested Strickmeyer's office send me my dad's medical records (with the appropriate releases from my dad) and I haven't seen a single page yet. Seems like the customer service stops once the patient almost dies.
