Saif Jaweed Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Jaweed is a smart caring doctor. He is knowledgeable and answers all my questions. He is also very considerate about making me comfortable during an eye exam, as I am sensitive to bright lights. I have went to him off and on over the past several years. Sometimes I have went to other doctors who were closer to my house. But I have found that going to Dr.Jaweed is worth the extra drive.

Have been with Dr Jaweed for years, he just did both eye cataract surgeries, great staff, surgeries were smooth, great results. Would recommend Dr Jaweed to anyone, I thinks he’s the best in this area.

When I called for an appointment, I learned my opthalmologist had retired and sold his practice to this group. I made an appointment with the group at the first location available. When I was taken into a patient room I learned that I had been scheduled for an optometrist which I immediately rejected and was eventually re-booked with Dr. Jaweed. My beef has to do with the central admin people who had never asked me what I wanted/needed. So my first visit to one of the locations was a total bust. Yes, they were polite and considerate and eventually someone set me up with Dr. Jaweed, who eventually started the process for cataract surgery (which required an opthalmologist and not an optometrist). Again, my advice for the central admin of this group, wake up and get things straight from the beginning, thank you.

I will recommend Dr. Jaweed to every person I know who may be considering cataract surgery. Dr. Jaweed is very kind and patient answering all of my husband's questions and concerns.

Dr. Jaweed and the entire staff at the Kentucky location are second to none. Outstanding from the front desk, associates conducting tests, schedulers, and of course Dr. Jaweed and his surgical ability. I am thankful for him and his staff to repair my eyesight and provide a clean, safe, overall environment from initial contact, exams, surgery and post op review. You will not find better service care and value. Good luck in your search for your eyesore needs..

48 minute wait for a 9 am appointment! Seems difficult to be so far behind schedule so early. Another patient who appeared annoyed said she has waited 2 hours for him in the past. Staff not even the slightest bit apologetic, in fact, defensive and obviously annoyed with ME for complaining/asking why. Not a word from Dr. Jaweed to me in the way of apology or explanation. Too many other choices of practices who will treat a patient with more kindness, consideration, and respect. I have had my last visit with Dr. Jaweed.

Dr. Jaweed was great. He sometimes runs a little late because he is explaining procedures to other patients really well. I don't think that is a bad thing but it does throw off the next patients. All my questions and concerns were answered fully. (I probably threw off the next patient appointment) Both eyes had their cataracts removed and he did a great job. All the staff were great to work with, and Tammy really did an exceptional job helping me with the insurance part. I will see Dr. Jaweed from now on for my yearly checkups.

I used to see a different Dr. in this group. After being unable to schedule a convient appointment I was recommended Dr. Jaweed. I'm so glad to have switched and never looked back. Dr. Jaweed is very thorough in his examinations. He never gets impatient with me when I ask questions and he always makes sure I understand the answers. He performed my laser eye surgery two years ago this month and I've never been happier. I recently moved to Louisville, Kentucky and continue to make the drive for my examinations to see Dr. Jaweed. I highly recommend him and his staff.
