List of Tamara Copeland's Reviews
Dr Copeland is kind hearted & does her job efficiently. The negative reviews are obviously from people who do not understand the world of healthcare these days. A "paramedic" that wrote a nasty review obviously does not understand the laws and rules that even affect physicians and all they have to follow now too. I am also a medic & I even understand the way insurance companies dictate doctors and clinic/hospital CEOs dictate everything they do. Dr Copeland listens and will do anything to help a patient that will allow her to do her job appropriately. She left my area & I miss her terribly as my provider. She always listened to me and would not stop until she had an answer for me and always had the right course of treatment. Again, dont listen to the negative reviews and feel confident going to her for your medical needs!
Dr Copeland was rude, flippant, condescending, and completely dismissive of my concerns and issues. She has absolutely no bedside manner. I will be switching to another PC dr.
The dr entered the room immediately telling me she was not going to see me for regular medical care and my after hospital visit at the same time. When I said no one listened to me she said she was offended because I did not know her and that I could leave if I wanted. So I did. When you are old and sick you don’t need to be treated like that.
Having an MD is more than just writing scripts. It’s listening, being situationally aware and empathetic. With 30+ years as a paramedic, and 10+ years fighting multiple chronic conditions, I know gaslighting when I see it. This “physician” replaced a doctor I have been seeing 10+ years. I gave her multiple visits and opportunities. Every time she treated me like a drug seeker; even when I never asked for anything more than what I have been prescribed for years. She refused to refer me where I asked, kept wanting to write a script for something I didn’t want and generally listened to respond and not actually hear what was said. Defensive, disengaged and couldn’t care less when I said the relationship was not going to work. There are not enough negative adjectives to describe this person. She espouses every negative doctor trope I can think of. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. For your sanity, avoid this woman.
Dr Copeland was impatient and did not listen to me when I told her how sick I was. She refused to give me antibiotics. I ended up in the ER with pneumonia (and they gave me IV antibiotics). When I went back for a follow up she did not even listen to my lungs and basically blamed me for getting sick. Very condescending. I will not return.
Dr Copeland is very thoughtful. I was in terrible pain and she drove a script to a pharmacy for me when there was an error with the previous one. I have never had a doctor do anything like that for me. I would highly recommend her.
This doctor does not listen to reported symptoms, has very little patience, and poor bedside manners and respect. I was verbally attacked by her on numerous times and treated like I was feigning illness. When I contacted management, they refused to allow me to see another doctor in the practice and terminated me as a patient. Fast forward several doctors later and it turns out I have progressive mechanical failure in three organs. I’d never recommend Dr. Copeland or her office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
