List of Carefirst Urgent Care- Fort Wright's Reviews
I feel disappointed with this service because I went in for a problem, which I understand if they can’t do anything about it at urgent care…but don’t have me pay and then wait for you to just say it’s anxiety or something way worse that they can’t do anything about. Doctor went from one end of the spectrum to another with out asking me any additional questions.
Staff was very kind and friendly. No waiting time and the office was very clean . Testing for covid is very quick and the staff is very genuinely concerned about the health and wellness of every patient
There is never a wait. Everyone is really nice. They listen and send any medication needed to your pharmacy in minutes of letting you know what wrong with you.
Super friendly and overall best urgent care I’ve ever been to.
Everyone at Carefirst was very professional and friendly. Showed compassion and addressed my needs.
Dr and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you
Signed in, got back to see doctor and out the door within 30 minutes. Efficient.
This was a series of two visits and the reason for the 3 stars is the 2nd visit. I had to have sutures applied then had to come back later for the removal of them. The initial visit was very pleasant all around aside from a joke or two about my weight. The second visit was the main concern. The sutures failed to seal the wound leaving it completely open to the elements. I was given some gauze, cleaning wipes, and butterfly bandaids that failed to stick to the skin. As a typist and the injury being on my index finger of my writing hand I'd requested a note excusing me from work for a week to allow time for my wound to heal, but the request was denied along with any other medical attention or advice. If it hadn't been for the pleasant demeanor from the assistants in my initial visit I would've given a lower review. I regret failing to remember the names of the two women who were kind to me in that first visit as they deserve recognition for their service. As for the rest of my experience all I can say is keep it professional guys. Whether you find something amusing isn't an excuse to make unprofessional remarks, let alone sending them away with a gaping wound that still required medical attention. For those two women who were kind however I am very regretful I've misplaced your names as you may remember our interaction and I sincerely do appreciate your efforts and care. One brought me water when I became nauseated and the other kept my wound clean as the nurse practicioner prepared for the sutures. You two were fantastic thank you! It's the only reason I still applied 3stars which if not for your care it would've been 1.
The staff was very nice and I was able to get right in, no wait. I have come here a couple times in the past and it was always the same.
In and out quickly, and everyone was great to talk to and work with. The doctor was great and explained everything.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
