It was a trying time for me but I feel I had great care. The nurses was compassionate and saw to my needs.I did notice on my bills now comming in that my doctors spent 30 min. A day with me. Not so true mane 3 min.

As a visitor to the area I was attended to quickly from the moment I walked in the door at the ER. The nursing staff was excellent and friendly while collecting my information. The doctor was helpful educated me on all the questions I asked and offered extra information to help me heal after I left the ER.I would definitely use this ER again and highly recommended them to anyone

My daughter was in a car accident and flipped over several times by being forced off highway She called 911 after being there an hour they released her to walk home barefootAnd she lives in LouisvilleI can’t believe the incompetence

The staff did not get me ready for discharge to the rehab facility before the EMS arrived. The Nursing and PT staff were very rude to me and said they would do things their way and not follow the doctors orders. Also in checking the claim the hospital submitted to my insurance carrier and what my carrier said I owed was a lot more than I was to pay. I want a refund of the difference sent to me from the hospital.

The doctor did a great job at diagnosing and treating me. I had covid and was so thankful to have been given the regeneron infusion. The nurse was very helpful to me. I was so thankful that I could be treated.
