She made false promises she never kept. Waited in pain and agony for a month on a referral from her office to a specialist only to find out that they never even followed up on it. This was found out by having to physically go there after trying to call them for 3 days straight with no avail. When I showed up and ask to speak with her I got a no. What kind of place doesn't even allow a patient to talk to their doctor? Was prescribed a heart medicine I wasn't to keen on taking, and was assured I'd be under good supervision, only to now see that after that visit I was never seen again. Very disappointed in her and her staff. If you're looking for false hopes and lies I'd suggest going here. You failed me Lauren and I believed in you.

WOW! Dr. Ridderikhoff was phenomenal. I have never had a PCP, and at 35- it is time. The day of my appointment (today), she called me to let me know she was running ahead of schedule and I could come in earlier if I would like. I think this is the first time a doctor ever called me- usually its an admin, PA, NP, etc. She was incredibly patient and made me feel very comfortable. I had LOTS of questions about my health (being proactive), and she took the time to answer EVERY single one. She was very knowledgeable. Dr. R provided helpful suggestions and insight on some areas of my health that I am looking to improve. I plan to move my entire family to her! I just cannot say enough positive things about how she made me FEEL during my appointment. I left feeling empowered, and like I have a partner in my journey to better health. If you are looking for a doctor that cares, has a great communication style and bedside manner, look no further!
