New patient visit. Dr. Dunaway took the time to get to know me and was very easy to talk to. He was able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely go back and see Dr. Dunaway for my next visit.

This office only wants to do video visits. I wanted a office appt and was told on Saturday that I need a negative COVID 19 test for office visit. I had the test it was negative. Called Monday morning trying to get a appt. Staff questioned me why I wanted a office appt and staff would only offer a video appt. I told staff that I had trouble with video calls on my phone. They ignored me and scheduled a video call that never worked. I GOT 3 CALLS FROM STAFF TELLING ME THEY WERE SENDING ANOTHER E MAIL TO ME AND TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. THE ONLY THAT WORKED WAS THE PART THAT ACCEPTED MY PAYMENT. THE VIDEO NEVER WENT THRU AND NO CALL OR RESPONSE FROM DR. DUNAWAY. AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I BEEN WITH THIS PRATICE FOR 16 YEARS. Am Done.TIME TO LEAVE ST ELIZABETH.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fred Wesley Dunaway for over 20 years and he is amazing. I have always felt so comfortable with him and always know that he has my best interest at heart. I am healthy because of his care and can't thank him enough. His office staff is awesome too.

I have been a patient of Dr Dunaway for nearly 10 years, so glad to have the same GP for so long, and have always enjoyed the staff in the office as well as the doctors that have treated me over the years. I referred my wife to the office when she complained about her old GP and she absolutely loves this office now that she is a patient here. We look forward to many years with our doctors in this office.

I've been seeing Dr. Dunaway now going on 18 years. He has changed practice groups a few times, but always have received that same quality care. Now the practice where he operates has an online portal where appointments, prescription and even questions can be asked and answered. Their staff is great, courteous and timely. I always have been able to ask any question or share my health concerns with him when I have my routine visits, which happen twice a year. I would recommend him highly and his ethics are very high.

This man has a horrible bedside manner. I overheard him and his medical assistant bad mouthing other patients while I waited. You have been forewarned to stay away from this so-called doctor!

I chose this doctor as my new PCP to follow up with after a recent 8 day hospital stay due to an infection that I did have surgery for and still currently have open packed wounds. I actually had started vomiting prior to the appointment and was very thankful to have an appointment already scheduled that day. I arrive for the appointment as scheduled. I begin to discuss my concerns with Dr. Dunaway and he interrupted me and told me I could just stop right there. Dr. Dunaway advised that he would not treat me due to previous lifestyle choices. Please note PREVIOUS on there. He said if I need anything for the next 2 week I can call and he will write a script but in the meantime to find a new PCP. I would have never thought a Saint Elizabeth would act with such unprofessionalism..
