I am rarely ill, but when I need to visit the doctor, Dr. Ross's facility is a wonderful pace to go. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They also understand insurance companies and are willing to help me with needed paperwork.

Terrible Doctor! She made herself laugh at my expense, she didn't listen to a word I had to say about what was wrong with me. She offered no recommendations for anything, she offered no explanation to anything that was wrong, she is just absolutely terrible! I have never seen a doctor be so cruel to their patients before. She barely even talked to me the whole time I was there.
