I absolutely love this place! I’ve never sought out help for addiction before; I didn’t think I was “that bad”. Was so scared of being judged for so long…. NOPE not this place l! The contour to YOUR needs! Very friendly, very kind, respectful, truthful and work hand in hand step by step to help you endure the battles up ahead! Make sure to speak up if you feel you don’t click with one of the staff members, it’s okay, no hard feelings and it’s super key to have the most comfortable fitting team beside you on this journey that’s going to help you rock this out! I’ve grown so quickly to love and respect my team! First day there I knew I was where I was supposed to be! You got this stay strong push through! Be open honest and transparent and you’ll soar with flying colors here! God bless this crew and all they do! Thank you for taking my life seriously and me! I am a Targeted Case Mgr at Brightview Georgetown KY. I absolutely LOVE coming to work and helping people in their recovery journey from addictions. Making a difference and instilling hope is what I get to do every single day. The philosophy of Brightview is all about meeting people where they are, and offering multiple pathways for recovery from Opioids and other drugs. Not only does Brightview care about the people we serve, they care about the staff who provide the services. I love it when a client tells me they have been in treatment before, but have never had the support and the non- judgement that Brightview prides itself on. Recovery happens!

I have been employed with Brightview for a little while now. I love everything about working here and what we stand for. We care about our patients. We do anything we can to make sure they are happy with their treatment.

Appointment was scheduled for 8am. They don’t even open until 9am, it’s now 9:17 am and I’m still waiting to get in!

Been going for a month and a half, nice and friendly people in the office. Have meet 3 different doctors and they are nice and listen to what u have to say if anyone is look for a treatment center I would recomend this place cause so far it's been great .

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I have been coming here for almost 3 years. I have been on the verge of losing my job more than once because they don't really care if you have to work in order to continue seeing the dr. None of the nurses or receptionists had scheduled me for any individual sessions. None of them brought it up or mentioned to me that I needed to go or I would have to come every week. I'm getting punished for their employees NOT DOING THEIR JOBS!!!! It's not about the sobriety for them. It's ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!

I am truly appreciative to this place! I came here sober 9 months but still felt I needed help in areas that were beyond what I had already been through. The staff are very supportive, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend anyone battling addiction or just needing extra support, to give them a call and see what they have to offer.
