Dr Case is the most attentive physician, I’ve ever had. He not only was concerned and testimony gastrointestinal disease he also noticed other areas of concern. Dr Case orders a plethora of tests, blood disorders, and scans not associated with my gastrointestinal disease. To make a long worrisome story short, Dr Case saved my life, with his dedication to his patients. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. For this I will be forever grateful.

I have had great luck with Dr Case and been treated very well. Very thorough and answered all my questions. He has done multiple scopes upper and lower without issues ever. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually see Dr Case but I also liked Heath who is wonderful as well. I highly recommend this practice.

It's the office staff that ruin this practice for me. Unprofessional, extremely rude, horrible partners to other Healthcare practices. Because of them I'd drive 100 miles to go to another practice. I'll certainly never refer another person to this office. Kindness goes a long way - they should try it!

I actually saw Dr Bailey who is in the same office but not listed on here. Dr Bailey had horrible bedside manner and the staff at this office is TERRIBLE!!! They mixed me up with another patient several times. I ended up doing all the prep for a colonoscopy go to the hospital and we walked out and left without it being done because his staff told the hospital that I was another patient and then once it was straightened out told me the crazy price yet they hadn’t contact my insurance.

Second colonoscopy with Dr.Case. First one was great and this one I did today was unsedated. He was extremely polite with great bedside manor. He checked several times on my comfort level and I could not be happier with my experience. I will always use Dr.Case for my screenings! Thanks doc!!!

Excellent service!!! Been dealing with stomach issues for many years!!! Greatful to have been referred to him!!! The entire staff is absolutely amazing!!! Nice to have a doctor who actually listens and cares about his patients!!!!
