Regarding Dr. Moses: Dr. Moses gets a 5 for willingness to listen, honoring patient desires and offering suggestions, not a "here, take this with no explanation" approach. Typically don't have to wait long for an appointment, and he's usually not far behind schedule. Not all doctors are like that! Regarding the overall practice: NOT a 5. Communication is the biggest problem, starting with always being put on hold. Their phone lines do not work on occasion, which is a huge problem when there is no other way to contact them! No way to email them. Even though they have a patient portal, it won't allow for messaging. Other offices have upgraded their technology, allowing messaging through the portal and/or via direct email (for established patients). And/or they hire more staff. If these things aren't important to you, then my opinion is you will probably be satisfied there.

Dr Moses is a “terrific” health provider. He was blessed with the ability to diagnose, listen, and explain everything necessary to return me to health in short order. Can’t go wrong with his guidance Thank you Dr Moses

Saw him for the first time Last week, I have been very sick and asked him to do follow up Lab work, He did not, I was called the next day and the urine culture came back with a positive bacterial infection, And noting else has been done about that. I am Calling tomorrow and demanding he does orders Lab work done, He scheduled me a Cancer lung screening done, and I had that today, I even asked the girl doing my CT today, Can you please recommend a Dr here in town that actually listens and cares about their patients health!!
