My husband and I have been with this office for over 3 years with good caring service. Recently I have been experiencing some medical issues that have caused me great concern. My concerns are discussed via the Nurse practitioner who plays middle man in the conversations which is no help in helping me resolve these issues that impacting my life and employment at the university hospital. The wait for an appointment is 2 months away with no concern for my well being in the mean time. Totally disgusted with the disregard for my Health and mental health of this situation. This is not how healthcare was meant to be nor does it follow the mission statement of UK.

I had only one day off work for my wife's 20 week ultrasound for our little girl's anatomy scan. We arrived 15 minutes early and called the desk to let them know we checked in. They confirmed both appointments. We spent the next 45 minutes waiting for them to bring us into the office since they are still following COVID measures. After 45 minutes they called and asked if we forgot our appointment. We were on time, and they even confirmed that they saw their mistake. My wife is going to have to go alone for this important scan alone because they can't figure out their own system. I'm deeply disappointed and devastated that I have to miss because of a simple error.

I spoke with a young man who was rude! He didn’t seem to want to listen to my issue and had a non caring attitude! I was online waiting on my visit for 40 minutes to then receive a phone call stating I would have to reschedule my visit. I have never been so frustrated in my life!!

I started going here in 2017 and they have excellent doctor's who care and listen to you. A lot better than the doctor's in my hometown. They also have OBGYN in the same building

They are not quick to return calls, and messages are not always relayed properly from the receptionist to the md/nurse.

If you don't show up for your appointments, even when you cancel them, they'll dismiss you. I only canceled 2 of my appointments and now they refuse to see me...

I have recently moved to Georgetown and experienced urgent female medical issues that made it necessary to be referred to a gynecologist. The Georgetown Hospital picked Dr. Tucker with UK Healthcare for me since I didn't know anyone. He, and the entire staff, have been nothing less than amazing to me! I suffer extreme anxiety and they spoke in everyday terms, asked if I was okay and reassured me through tests and office visits. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to any lady.
