Totally disappointed in my treatment plan and procedure. Received facet blocks instead of scheduled nerve root blocks. Facet blocks totally ineffective three days out. Need nerve blocks/ablation for condition as received during previous treatment summer of 2019. Getting a follow-up visit is next to impossible due to the high volume of patients that they treat in an assembly line fashion. More concerned about efficiency of the assembly line than in getting treatment right.

I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Christian Unick as my pain med doctor 10 years ago in Louisville Kentucky and I will never forget the last time I saw Dr.Unick he informed that he was leaving Louisville and going to BowlingGreen to open his own practice.I have to say that Dr.Unick is ONE of the MOST KIND,CARING,and EXTREMELY COMPASSIONATE Doctors I have ever seen I never left his office with any questions or concerns about my condition he always took the time to explain things to me if he was still in Louisville Kentucky he would still be my Doctor.The people who live in Bowling Green are so LUCKY to have him as a doctor.

This clinic is a fly by night operation. I felt they had no interest in my history or problems. I had an initial appointment and was booked for injections and received the prescriptions I had been taking before I moved here. When I returned in two weeks, however, the nurse practitioner had no idea why I was there and said she would check and get the prescriptions for me next day. She did not and left me with no medication for the weekend. There is never any response when you call with a problem

Due to multiple issues one being the need to take a call from Neurosurgeon in Maryland and inability to drive myself I was twelve minutes late for my appointment. Dr. Unick was there and declined to see me. The receptionist staff stated he was going to go on and leave early but would “fit you in tomorrow morning”. He does not see patients as individuals or seem to have an abundance of compassion or even the ability to treat patients with dignity. I felt humiliated. He can’t help me in any way.
