Dr. Clements dismissed my condition as minor and did not send me on for further testing of my symptoms. One week after my visit with him I had to be hospitalized and have open heart surgery. I am fortunate to still be alive.

The best doctor by far I have ever been to his nurse is absolutely amazing and so is the doctor he cares he’s a busy guy but pays very close attention to all your needs request everything I will never go to another doctor again in my life ❤️

I had first appointment with Dr. Clements. He listened well, paid close attention and respected my feelings. He answered all my questions. He took a lot of time. He was a little bit late, but I planned in extra time because it's worth it to receive such good care. All the staff who interacted with me were friendly and caring. Based on my first appointment, I can recommend this family physician and office highly.

I would love to be able to give Dr. James Clements and his office a 5-star review. His treatment and individual care are spot on. He does not just herd his patients through to make as much as possible. Here though is the problem. His scheduling people book his appointments so close together that it does not allow for him to take the extra time to make sure a patient is satisfied with their care. So when he does take the extra rime, the wait times become extraordinarily long. I had an appointment for my daughter at 2:45 and was not even called into the building til 4 p.m. We are currently in a room. I will update as to how long we have to wait before he actually comes in to see us. I so much wanted to give him 5 stars.

I would not take my child to this Dr. Even if he were dying this man would speed up his process. He has mis diagnosed my child more than once and my wife he has failed to inform her of a couple different diagnosis which would in turn bring great understanding.

I hadn't been to a primary care Dr. in quite some time and was taken a little back by the array of questions. This guy is thorough and took care of not just my body, but my mind, too. Very grateful to have this man in my corner... would recommend to anyone anywhere!
