Mark Risen's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Risen has completed surgery on my left foot to do an Osteotomy and exostectomy in July 2020. Dr. Risen and his staff are so helpful, kind, and seem like old friends I have known for years! I trust Dr. Risen completely with my care. He listens, takes his time with you, does a thorough examination, and gives you the best advice on treatment. My recovery went smooth with no complications! Because of his expertise and guidance, this surgery wasn’t half as bad as I anticipated. I did very well with it and I got to be a pro on a knee scooter?? Dr. Risen also urged me to contact him personally during my recovery time if I had any concerns or problems. He never rushes you into surgery or unnecessary treatment. He gives you the facts. Last week, I went back to Dr. Risen to check my left foot after I fell. He listened to me when no one else did! He caught the break and is treating the injury accordingly! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Risen and his staff. I love them all

I've seen Dr Risen several times over the last year. He's always polite and caring. When it comes to toenails he is gentle while working quickly. The office is busy but the time waiting wasn't bad. His front office staff have been caring and understanding as well as patient with me. Overall it is a pleasant experience as far as doctors go.

Had to wait for about 30 minutes from time of registering, the doctors visit as well as the amount of time he spends with the patient is sort of brief, you have a hard time getting all of your questions answered, it's like that he is in a hurry to get to the next patient, you end up feeling that you have received inadequate treatment, because your questions either are not answered to your satisfaction or that the answers due not explain the situation very well.

I found this Dr very rude he just as same told me I was waisting his time but he got paid good money for his 20 mins he said he would call some cream med in for my foot but he didn't do that either 0 is the score I would have gave him

Very satisfied with this office. Dr. explained options and his suggestion. Spot on and I am very happy with outcome. Staff was also very caring and put me at ease. Wish he was full time in Glasgow. My daughter also went to this office and was also pleased with care.

Dr. Risen did a wonderful job when I had osteotomy surgery and Hallus Valgus correction surgery! My foot is healing perfectly! Dr. Risen and his staff are very kind, compassionate, and make you feel at home. His bedside manner is top notch! I wouldn’t visit anyone else for foot problems. During COVID-19, you would expect medical staff would practice intelligent care. The front desk personnel had no masks on and half the nurses had mask but couldn't bother wearing them. That should have been a warning. I waited 90 minutes to see the doctor who didn't listen, blamed my foot problem on my auto immune disease and gave me a cream to rub on it 4 times a day. Got a 2nd opinion. Will not go back and don't recommend them if you're requiring actual help.

Excellent doctor! Have used him several times for different family members and would highly recommend him for all your foot care needs. Friendly staff and Dr Risen has the best bedside manner. He takes the time to thoroughly explain things in away that everyone can understand... Honestly can not say enough good things about him and his staff.

He listened and done what he could for me, I'm in pain everyday and he said there's not much more he can do for me . He took me off the anti- inflammatory, that was helping to ease my pain so I can work. Was told that it will only get worse and I was going to have to get used to it. So now I'm back to taking too many ibuprofen just so I can work to support my family.
