Best Dr. in Kentucky as far as I am concerned. Straight forward and to the point. Wife's problem solved!
In my opinion the best surgeon in Kentucky. Straight to the point.
My husband was in to the office for an initial appointment. We heard dogs barking in one of the offices while in the hallway. As it turned out, they were in dr. Moore’s offices. When questioned about whose dogs they were, the receptionist said they were dr Moore’s. We decided not to stay. We will find another doctor.
Dr moore is a great Doctor has help me with my medical issues and is a true professional and his staff is very helpful.
Dr Moore did my dad 22 years ago. He is now 93 and still going strong. Dedicated and compassionate surgeon who really cares about the quality of life before the surgery and after.
Dr Moore and his partner Dr Carter performed surgery on both my father (in 2011) and my stepfather (just this year, 2017), doing a phenomenal job with both patients! Their knowledge and skill level in their field of expertise goes unsurpassed by others, even cardio thoracic surgeons in the more prestigious hospitals such as Louisville's Jewish Hospital, or Nashville's St Thomas or even Vanderbilt University Hospital which is considered a leader in progessive medicine. The Carter-Moore team has proven time and again to be greatly skilled and efficient in practice; additionally, the bedside manner of these two doctors and the staff that they employ deserves much praise, as they employ an efficient system that includes one nurse whose sole job is to serve as liaison to the patient's family throughout the course of the entire surgery so that they are never left to wallow in the throws of worry without the promise of periodic updates to keep them sane. This nurse-liaison is so wonderfully skilled at his job that one can only hope that he never retires or finds other work to replace his job with Carter and Moore. He is, to the best of my recollection, prompt in his updates on the surgery's progression and the patient's condition, but more importantly, he overflows with compassion, and he emits this every time he comes out of the OR to speak with the patient's family members. All in all, this team is amazing from start to finish and beyond. I'm so thankful these guys are in Bowling Green, as I highly doubt that they have gone without offers to other, more prestigious hospital campuses. I'd confidently recommend anyone consult with these doctors if they' should find themselves in the unfortunate position to need heart surgery.
I was not given an adequate reason from Dr. Moore to cancel my first appointment for a Facial Spasm. At the time of my appointment I accepted that I must make an apt for another exam, then I was instructed that I would have to make yet another appointment after the initial exam to do the treatment. Dr. Moore also knew that I had just been through a complete Neurology exam with another Neurologist. Out of nowhere he cancelled my second appointment too, so I rate him poorly.
dr moore was very professional from beginning to end. he removed the top lobe of my lung due to cancer. he gave me plenty of meds to keep me out of pain after the surgery and i had no complications afterwards. he seems to be very quite and does not talk a lot but he does explain everything in detail and terms everyone can understand. i would recommend him to anyone he was great to me and my family.
I was very pleased with the way I was treated, and the clear explanations of each step of the process. I have a much better understanding of my sleep difficulties, and how we are addressing them.
Five stars. Did my bypass twenty two years ago. I'm still gong strong.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
