He is a great doctor very caring and listens to me!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Newcom!!!!!
My husband had to wait two and a half months to even get an appointment with the pain clinic. He has been in constant pain for over a year. He thinks he is going to get some relief, right? Wrong. He had the first appointment of the day yesterday. 8:30 am. No one is there when he arrives 10 minutes prior to appointment. When he is let in, he waits fifteen minutes to be taken to a room. There is NO ONE ELSE there at the time. He gets his stats taken by a nurse who cuts him off as he is answering questions. He is left in the room. Folks, he is left in that room for TWO HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUTES. No one checked on him. No one explained the wait. He kept hearing doors opening and closing, but no one came for him. He finally left. So much for care.
His nerse praticioner told me I was fat but I have had back surgery three times..an my neurosurgeon sent me to him ...you think there maybe something to my pain??? Yes.there is an I think it's sad he can rip off insurance companies..an just tell people they are fat I do not have to pay someone to say that
I feel Dr. Newcom is dedicated to trying to help find the cause of my pain. He also does what he needs to do to help keep my pain under control. He is a good Doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
