Best personal physician I have ever had (and I'm nearly 79 years old). Never rushed. Thoughtful. Thorough. Kind. Understanding. Knowledgeable. What more can you ask.

It's always a pleasant experience when I visit Doctor Castaneda's office. He's professional, thorough, straight forward and extremely patient. He always answers my questions and never rushes my visits. He's an awesome doctor and I would recommend him to other patients.

If you are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable and down to earth primary care physician, then I highly recommend Dr. John Castaneda. Dr. Castaneda is an excellent medical care provider who knows how to explain things. He has been my physician for 10 years. He has taken the time to get to know me and understands everything that affects my health. He has helped me understand the importance of Men's Health as well. He is an excellent medical care provider.

Dr Castenada, is so friendly and very patient, I never feel rushed and he always goes above and behond to make sure I have all my questions answered.

Dr. Castaneda is an overall great doctor, highly knowledgable,experience and confident, yet not afraid to say he will investigate further if necessary. I trust and have enjoyed going to him for over 10 years for various semi-serious and otherwise ailments. The only downside is that he is in high demand and you may need to wait a few days for appointments in busy times.I do not understand these other posts- his staff have alweays been great albeit a bit business.I am not sure what people expect.

dr. c is a great doc. he is never to busy or in a hurry , rushing you out the door. if he doesnt know something he will not pretend he does, he sends you to the appropriate dr. i have seen him for over 12 years know and i am very pleased. .... the staff could use some people skills would improve the office atmosphere.

Staff is not the greatest, but Dr. Castaneda has always been great. Never had to wait long like other doctors, he is very punctual, considerate and caring. He has taken good care of me and my family for 19 years. He always seems current on the newest medicine and procedures, and he never hesitates to send you to a specialist. I'm surprised to read negative ratings about him on this site, but after reading them I realize it is more about the staff, or someone who just likes to ****. Dr. Castaneda has always been polite and responsive, and he has always made us feel like he cares. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Chose him because of proximity to my home, but will be changing doctors today. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I tried for two days to call and make an appointment and never had a human answer the phone. When in walked in to make an appointment, I was told I had to call. In the meantime my simple sinus infection has grown much worse, culminating in a visit to the E.R. Doctor finally returned my call, not surprisingly calling me by the wrong name, and told me I needed to make an appointment! Unbelievably poor patient service.

Have been doing to Dr. Castaneda for years. He never seems in a hurry and will take the time to listen to all concerns. I feel completely relaxed with him and I have never known him to keep waiting in the exam room for very long. Would definitely recommend him to others.

MY FIRST VISIT WAS EXCELLENT, DR C TOOK EXTRA TIME & CARE, WENT ABOVE & BEYOND! I WAS VEFY PLEASE!
