I had a tooth extraction done ( not here ) and have had serious complications. I have been in horrible agonizing pain. So imagine how happy I was when this place told me I could come in on Monday. I filled out all the paperwork, got my dentist to send over my referral and X-rays, gave them my insurance info, just to be called back to say my problem wasn’t “emergent enough” to come in Monday, after I was told to come in Monday. That to me is so unprofessional and disrespectful.

Excellent service from the time I walked thru the door until I left. You are all amazing and I couldn’t have been happier. Two teeth extracted and very little pain the first day and no pain on 2nd day. Even my Essex retainer feels exceptionally good. Thank you for your wonderful caring staff!! Tammy Franklin

My husband John, had a great experience with Dr. Pagnotto and his staff at Tri-State Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Cold Spring. They were professional and explained everything they were doing. His dental procedure went exactly as planned and the recovery has been easy. Highly recommend Dr. Pagnotto!
