I really like Dr. M. And have a lot of confidence in her because she really listens to me.

Just had my first visit to establish care! She was extremely nice and took her time to let me ask all my questions. Only gave it a 4 instead of a 5 so that I will have time to rate how they do with appointments that are set up last minute.

I am 12 weeks pregnant and had a rash that my OB recommended needed a prescription from the primary care provider. I did a video call with St Elizabeth care team provider and despite telling her I have been checked by my OB, she insisted I come in personally for a visit. I was provided a 3:15pm in-person appointment with Dr Markovich and despite waiting 45 mts, did not receive any feedback on when would I be seen. When I checked at the front office, I was told Dr Markovich is busy, behind schedule and would not be able to see me for another 30mts. This is disappointing and unprofessional…needless to say you have lost a client. Your lack of care for a patient is truly unbelievable

I have been seeing Dr. Markovich for a few years now, but I'll be switching my PCP due to a lack of trust between us. It depends on what you're coming to see this doctor for if you get her in a good mood or not. I've always been candid with her about my physical AND mental illness, but she doesn't seem to respect that I choose specialties for that care outside of the St. Elizabeth network. She refuses to accept any diagnosis that she didn't make herself, which is hard to do when she is not a specialist and the appointments are 15 minutes long. As my primary care provider, I expect you to know the limits to your practice and refer me outside of that scope, not scold me for not staying with you or your team. Ridiculous.

Dr. Markovich was over an hour late for a 9:00am appointment, for which I was on time. How is that even possible? Then she touched my face (checking for sinus pain) after touching the door handle, my hand, and the computer keyboard, and never washing her hands. Disgusting.

At 72 years of age, I have been to the doctors office more than once. This is the best care I have even received. Patient oriented, clear, and concise, AND the medical aids and office people are patient focused, friendly and quick to respond to expressed needs. Life saved in this office December 1, 2019. would go no where else.

Office was great. Was scheduled with week of calling. I only waited for a few minutes in the waiting room before being seen by the doctor. She was very Understanding. I didn't feel rushed at all. I have definitely found a dr I will continue seeing long term. Highly recommend!
