This location is the worst!!! Why make an appt if you are told you will be seen 2 hours.. I’ve been too all in Evansville I will drive the dang bridge to be seen! EVERY visit it’s this way!

Deaconess Urgent Care has always been my place of choice if I can’t get into Dr. Always kind and thorough. It’s so awesome that they have an X-ray tech there! When you’re sick last thing you want to do is go somewhere else for X-rays. Thank you for all y’all do-!

It was my first time there and staff was very nice I asked for water and my nurse was sweet enough to give me a grape propel they were not busy at the time and I had short wait time

Wonderful staff, all very nice great service! The receptionist, nurse and nurse practitioner were so great. Went in for a minimally invasive procedure and left with relief and being comfortable from my interactions with staff!!

they don’t really check anything, got asked if i want the covid test. “You can get covid more than once, ” hahaha nope! CDC back it again with the false info. 😂🙅♂️I got my taste, and I dont feel like I got Covid like i did in 2022. The nurse got mad because she wanted her money when she asked me for covid test. Pretty funny but reason why they suck, They don’t check your diagnosis when i had a sore throat They kinda act like they haven’t slept on the right side of the bed And they got 3 stars which is pretty Ironic. Do better buddies😂

I’ve been there several times for both my child and for me. Staff is always so kind and some go above and beyond to make sure my child is comfortable when needing to get temps etc. which requires a lot of patience. I’ve only had an extremely long wait time once, but I was a walk in so that was understandable. Most of the time I am in an out within an hour

Shannon Hinson is amazing. I had to have a T-SPOT drawn for work and she got it first try. Thank you so much for being so kind and just all around the best. I couldn't even tell she had the needle in my arm.

The last few times I have brought my kids here they were treated, once even told, that they are hypochondriacs. The first time the Dr laughed at my son and the next day he was positive for covid. This time my kid's main issue was ignored. You shouldn't have to come twice a week to get diagnosed and treated
