Called ahead to make arrangements to just pick up a statement on my son's dyslexia, which the receptionist said I could get...when arriving and asking for the statement I was told he would have to be seen.....WHAT.???? You've already seen him I just need the statement of his dinosis.....so freaking frustrating 😑

3rd different optometrist in the city....left my 2nd optometrist because they were going to make me wait 9 months to simply order contacts following the height of the pandemic. Dr. Fife's office was over-the-top friendly, and made me feel like they actually want my business. Very satisfied.

I would have given 5 stars if I was only rating Dr. Fife but I can't communicate with the new staff working there. They mess up orders, double charge and don't make sense when I ask questions.

Years ago l would have been blind if not for her. I was on some steroids for a sinus infection. I did not know the presser in my eyes had gone up. When she try to put drops in to correct it. It cause the pressure to go up more. That's when she figured out I had steroid-induced glaucoma.She immediately got a hold of some doctorsWho end up having to do surgery on my eyesTo reduce the pressure She a very caring and great doctor

Dr. Fife is great and the entire staff is welcoming and friendly. The only reason I didn't give a fifth star is because of the limited selection of glasses for kiddos.
