Dr. Gates did surgery on a fractured ankle for me years ago and just recently foot surgery. He is kind, knowledgeable and readily explains the entire process and/or answers questions. Best of the best.

I met with Dr Gates upon recommendation from another medical professional (also a surgeon) and was very pleased with both his approach and obvious expertise and his willingness to listen to and consider my input. I left his office with confidence in next steps and recommended Dr Gates to a close personal friend. I’d of course prefer to not be in need of medical care….but am thankful to have access to such care and expertise when it is required.

I have seen Dr Gates for several hammertoe issues and have found him to be excellent. He goes through all options, risks, and provides clear answers to questions. He’s performed one surgery on my toe which has resulted in elimination of all pain and discomfort. Highly recommend!

I was referred to OrthoCincy and Dr Gates by my chiropractor and I could not be happier with the treatment I’ve received from Dr Gates and his team. As a prominent foot and ankle surgeon with decades of experience, he took the time to attend to my appointments even though I turned down surgery on my left ankle for it to heal on its own. The clinic’s whole staff from the front desk to the technicians seem very content with their work environment, which is reflected in the quality of care offered by them. I had an exceptional patient experience. Dr Nicholas Gates is running a top-notch facility in Highland Heights, KY.

I was a little nervous about just coming in , just moved back home 2 weeks on the job no insurance until after 90 days , M.D.Gates was straight to the point, very understandable and professional by far a stand up M.D. A great place Ortho Cincy.. ROCKS 🥊🥊🥊
