If you want about the same treatment as a Nurse Practitioner or entry level doctor she's great to be honest. However if it's anything difficult she pawns you off to literially anyone else. She's a waste of time. Half your appointments will just be her collecting money and you getting nothing from your trouble. She doesn't get the concept that you came for something anything and you'll most often leave with nothing. Even worse if it's something serious that she can't figure out it's a wait and see what happens approach. Just having her as a doctor can be demoralizing. The greatest choice you'll ever make is switching to another REAL doctor. Who cares enough to do something.

Her knowledge of medicine is lacking. She has a good sense of basic medicinal knowledge but there are huge gaps of knowledge. She often refuses to treat with medicine simple ailments. It's often baffling and confusing. That said if it's something common she easily solves the issue, if it's beyond her she refers to a specialist, if it's something inbetween she either does nothing or barely helps. QOL doesn't seem to be a concern for her.

Dr. Kress is an excellent doctor!! I have had her as a doctor for 7 years and she is wonderful!!
