I seen a therapist there for 4 years never meant to psychiatrist my two sons were misdiagnosed my one son was diagnosed with just being a narcissist when he's the one with autism and my other son got diagnosed with autism when there's nothing wrong with him I think you people do nothing but push drugs on people to get kickbacks to feed your old freaking ego and if you're wondering who this is yes it's Michael Murphy have a nice day

Very good place to come get help for all your mental illness problems, PSYCHIATRIST,LICENSED THERAPIST, THEY ALL DO CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS,BUT ITS UP TO YOU IF YOU WANT THE HELP OR NOT,I PERSONALLY WANT TO BE BETTER.I WOULD NOT CHANGE MY THERAPIST NOR PSYCHIATRIST FOR ANYONE IM MORE STABLE NOW THAN ANY OTHER TIME IN MY WHOLE LIFE.THANKS PENNYROYAL

Number 15 on the list to see a psychiatrist… after a month of waiting and being off of my meds for close to four months. These people care very little for their patients. One good thing out of being here is my therapist who is an angel.

After being told my appt was at 0900, I arrived at the location at 0845 checked in and sat until I asked at 9:35 when I would be seen they replied with a “when she gets around to it” very unprofessional and unorganized!!!

They have changed the way that they schedule appointments which has made it impossible for patients to get in. They won't schedule appointments out more than a week in advance and some doctors only come in one day a week. Makes it difficult for people with jobs as we have to request off weeks in advance, but they won't schedule appointments farther out than a week. We switched to a different provider and will not return.

I recommend Genesis to anyone who is ready to change life for the better, and I would go back in a heartbeat if needed!Don't be ashamed to get help, the real shame is continuing to live with addiction, instead of seeking help......
