Bad doctor not good ,

Dr. Gilbert is a very kind, caring doctor. He always takes time to listen to my concerns. There have been several times when a specialist was not responsive to my needs and Dr. Gilbert helped resolve the issue. He truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend this doctor!

Dr. Gilbert is a nice and always professional I wouldn't see anyone else If I had a choice

Horrible! He profiled me a liar, left me in pain with gall stones in my bile duct for years as he insisted "nothing could be done". Told his nurse to tell me Xylocaine does not exist (this is when I realized I was being taken for a very expensive ride ) when I asked for this local anesthetic to relieve the hour long pain attacks that hurt so bad they made me throw up after... destroying all my teeth. Novacain wouldn't work cause they were abcessed so badly when I had them pulled (5 and 7 at a time) This "Dr." Gilbert had nothing to say about it but to get mad at me for not leaving Springfield and going to Lawrenceburg to get the anti biotics from him instead of the dentist involved. If I'd lied about it, how come my teeth are abcessing at record speed? He wore me out with senseless, expensive testing on things I already told him repeatedly about I tested it before. How did he get me to do it? He lied about what the test was for, and I didn't find out what the test really was until the results said I didn't have it. I KNOW I DIDN"T HAVE IT! He did the opposite of everything I needed cause "I'm lying". I never once lied to him. I took Protonix I didn't need (same as Zantac) that depleted me of Vit. D, B12, and Folic Acid... giving me Ostiopenia... and he still gave me vitamin pill scrips that he knew I couldn't absorb because of the Protonix. My fingernails had deep ridges from malnutrition. I was layed out in bed all the time, even when I wasn't having a pain attack like a hard punch between the ribs. No vitamin shots for me, tho. He just keeps writing the pill scripts. Constant misdiagnosis, lieing to my face as I beg him to fix the pain attacks and assure him I'm not trying to get opiods, tell him how much it hurts and he just keeps shaking his head and lieing "nothing can be done" every visit. Charging me for torturing me. I should have caught him sooner, but he shut down my alpha waves so I couldn't think and kept going back to bed. He lies and manipulates and I think that's why he expects everyone else does too. It was 6 years of my health going downhill all the way with him. If your an honest person do NOT go here, it could cost you your life. The malpractice co. says "he did nothing wrong"... man that hurts that he did all this to me and it's not "wrong". I can't even replace the teeth he costs me. He deserves to lose his license. I wonder how many people haven't survived his "care". DOES ANYONE KNOW any of his patients that have suffered or died besides me and my mother in law? I guess he doesn't bother to do mammagrams on over 70 elderly ladies, or even look at them. She died of end stage breast cancer complications we didn't find til her nip. inverted all the way and she asked me what it was and called to tell the Dr. what she had. She's the one who recommended Gilbert to me. To have this sociopath as a Doctor is worse than having no doctor at all.

I’ve been in his care since I was probably 5 maybe younger. I no longer live in Lawrenceburg, but I travel back home to go to this location. His team now takes care of my daughter and husband. I tell everyone it’s well worth the trip.

Liar, manipulator, destroyed my health. BEWARE!

He takes time to listen to your concerns and then discusses options. He is concerned about his patients and always available if needed.

I have been with Dr. Gilbert for 30 plus years. He has been a wonderful doctor, always taking time to talk to me about my concerns. I trust him completely.
