Dr. Mark Ackemann is the best Dr. I have ever been to. Everyone there is nice and professional. He knew soon as he saw me what was wrong and fixed me. I would give 10 stars if I could

If I could give less than one star I would Dr. Ackermann is horrible This was my first time to Lebanon Physicians for women I didn’t know any doctors but came to see Dr. Rennolds. I was coming in for a transvaginal ultrasound for some light bleeding I was experiencing during pregnancy which by the way wasn’t bad on any level. After getting back in the room there was no female nurse in the room with him and I which is required and he mixed me up with a different patient. I told him my name and I was there to see the doctor I stated I was suppose to see he only replied with “okay go ahead undress and sit down then” so my first thought was that this was Dr. Rennolds because as I said my first time here. I only found out after this appointment he wasn’t the doctor I was suppose to see He was so rough and uncaring after him shoving the ultrasound probe in me as hard as he could I began to scream and cry from the pain and he smiled. After I finally was able to get him to stop trying to force the ultrasound that was obviously causing me severe pain I tried to leave as fast as I could and heard him later laughing about the pain I was experiencing because of him. I wasn’t able to sit without pain for the next day and had cramps major bleeding and clots after it. I miscarried a day and a half after. I can’t begin to explain how unprofessional this “Doctor” is. Whatever you do NEVER GO HERE This place is the worst place you can go for your pregnancy care or any care at all. No woman should ever have to experience the pain I had to go through here.

I have routine visits I had a baby 5 years ago a miscarriage last fall. Dr. Ackermann has always been supportive caring. I was treated with respect and found that in one of my most difficult moments he gave me comfort understanding that helped me beyond measure. I saw a side of him that surprised me because I usually joke around with him to ease the tension of getting PAP smears or whatever. They always get me in if I need to be seen ASAP. Id have more babies if I could because I dont see them enough.
