The staff is very professional and friendly. Jill Bradshaw is a wonderful nurse. Margaret Ballard addressed all my concerns and takes the time to listen and help me figure things out. She’s an outstanding nurse practitioner.

I cannot rave enough about the staff at Village Medical from the front desk to the phlebotomist! I must say that I was quite disheartened to learn that my previous doctor had retired without anyone contacting me about future appointment needs. I had no idea she had gone until I reached out to make an appointment with her. Well, God sure blessed me with the best, and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Ann Morley is divine! She and her nurse, Dana, are always so kind and funny when I am there, which has been a lot lately. They have quelled my fears without even knowing it. I am thankful that I am their patient!

I’m so bad at name so I can’t credit anyone specifically but this is the best doctors office I have ever been to. I came in today to the urgent care, almost no wait, the doctor/nurse practitioner not sure what her title is treated me better than any other healthcare professional has in my entire life. I’m used to my concerns being dismissed, or being told “it’s all in your head, it’s anxiety here’s some pills” Also the phlebotomist today got my blood sample better than anyone has ever done before, usually my vein blows but it didn’t this time. Thank you to everyone who works here. It’s obvious that everyone who works here really cares about their patients! 10/10 would recommend
