I saw Dr Smith in New Albany, IN. I saw him because I have some kind of scaley, peeling something in my ears. I have been to myPCP and a dermatologist and they prescribed different ointments but nothing has gotten rid of it. Frankly all Dr Smith could focus on was the fact that I needed hearing aids (which I knew) but I can’t wear hearing aids until this fungus, exema or whatever it is, is cured. Dr Smith cleaned my ears & sent me out of he door to an audiologist. In other words, he did not listen. On the plus side, Dr Smith is a very pleasant person.

My mother had basal cell cancer removal Dr Smith answered us all questions and helped us to understand what the best options are my mother will have nose reconstruction surgery done by Dr Smith Thursday 11-3-22

i met Dr Smith after having wrecked my MC with a TBI. i had so much wrong w my head. i wasnt sure why there. at an ENT- not only is he good at that,but what he has done for my eyes!!! half of my face is basically paralyzed due to brain damage. Its funny now- not at time but when he sewed half of an eye shut i freaked out. i was like- lets stick to ENT- which then the stuff taken out of my ear that had busted- whew! he has helped me in many ways. also i didn't feel labeled - TBI -and not have the Dr listen to me. HE DID! This has been the most traumatic thing in my LIFE! The literally -30 Drs ive had to see yr 2020 was insanely hard. But he out of all of them seemed to make me feel like a person not just a messed up person w a brain injury! HE REALLY WANTS TO HELP PEOPLE- NOT JUST A PAYCHECK KIND OF DR! Trust me I now unfortunately know the difference! THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. SMITH!!!
