Her bedside manner and all around personality was comforting to Carlee. She didn't rush us through. She took her time and explained everything to where someone without medical experience could understand too. We were very pleased with our care from her. Wonderful doctor!!

We only had our consultation for my 3 year old daughter with Doctor Hay so far just yesterday. I was immediately impressed with her, her initial approach and interaction with me was very comforting. She made me feel comfortable with any questions I had for my daughters upcoming procedure, but before that she took the time to completely explain everything to me using their posters on the wall to guide me along as she was explaining. She interacted so nicely with my daughter, I chose her after reading reviews about her with children! I am feeling confident I picked the right provider for my girl. We both loved her first time meeting her.

I have seen Dr. Hay twice and both times I was impressed with her knowledge and caring attitude. She was very thorough with her examination and took the time to ask additional questions, to explain everything she thought could be the cause of my issues, and offered more than one course of treatment which we talked about while helping guide me to choose my treatment options. She is a doctor I would highly recommend to anyone needing help with their ENT problems.
