Draw your own conclusions: her office staff didn’t send in the script mail order as I asked repeatedly. The insurance rep called asking for it to be sent and was told it was sent electronically. They told me that too but it wasn’t sent. It ended up at their friends, Midway Pharmacy at a much higher cost. No substitutions for this drug either she says. And, refuses to write a 12 month script with 90 days refills like every doctor does except her. So, she requires an appointment every 3 months and writes a new script for this expensive name brand drug and makes sure it goes to her pharmacy in defiance of the patient’s wishes. There’s only one conclusion I can come to. Unethical and dishonest by lying and on a recorded line with the insurance. Probably just the tip of the iceberg. You draw your own conclusions. Maybe an investigation into her business practices by the state board is in order. Would you put your health in her hands?

My mom is her patient and lives there away from family. We’ve asked to be kept informed but every request was ignored. She won’t send scripts mail order as we request. Her staff lied to me and the insurance company saying it was sent in. My mom was almost out of drugs so she sent it to Midway where it costs more. Not hard to figure out why. Imagine having a 93 year old mom and her doctor won’t be truthful or share information with you. I hope her questionable practices catch up with her by the examining board one day. When someone refuses to communicate and tells you where your scripts are filled, there is only one conclusion you can arrive at. She is not above board.

If I could give a zero I would. If your allergic to cats this is not the place for you. Cat’s have full reign of facility. Very unsanitary and the people that work there are very unprofessional!!! I have never experienced such a awful medical facility. I have made a complaint with my insurance company.

If I could leave zero stars I would be obliged. Dr. Fulkerson is, by far, the worst physician I have ever met in my life. Her practice is far more concerned with racking up as many return visits as possible than actually treating issues of concern. I have been seeing her for over a year and she has yet to re-prescribe medication that I had been taking with a previous Dr. for a thyroid condition. In the entire time that I have been seeing her she has only attempted to treat minor depression, blowing off every other concern I have. Attempting to get prescriptions has been a nightmare. Even for minor medications like a preventative inhaler she requires monthly visits and will refuse to refill even highly necessary medications until she has been able to pocket an additional visit fee. This not only violates the Hippocratic oath but also the Christian teachings which she has liberally plastered all over her office. Under Dr. Fulkerson's care my health has actually deteriorated.

The most incompetent Dr i have encountered had to go there 3 times just for a simple referral. Then can't even get basic meds for bi polar she a complete whack job.she bills insurance but nothing for you at all definitely recommend seeing Dr in jungle

I went there to get medicine refilledabd I signed a release of my records and they got the wrong ones and acted like I was lying g to them about treatment that I received from my last Dr. The whole time they were snippy and acted like I was lying to them and wouldn't even prescribe me anti depressants that I needed. Then they wanted me to wait until they did another records request. They got it wrong. Drs. Are supposed to be nice and the staff should be helpful not accusatory.

It was horrible. The staff were shirt and acted as if I was lying to them the whole time . I went in as new patient and had to have records sent and they got that wrong and acted like it was my fault. Then would not prescribe any medicine . they acted like I was lying to them the whole time. I'm on anti depressants and they would not even fill them because I can't prove i was on any due to being incarcerated. I feel like they held that against me. Very unprofessional and very unchristianlike. I see why they are advertising for new patients and the waiting room is small and empty

Always has time to talk and to listen. Takes an interest in her patients. Both my husband and myself are patients and have been for several years. No complaints💜

THEIR BILLING OFFICE DID NOT FILE THE INSURANCE CLAIM RIGHT AND THE INSURANCE THERFORE REFUSES TO PAY. DR FULKERSONS OFFICE SAYS THEY FILED IT OK, AND REFUSES TO FILE ANY MORE. MOST DRS WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO HELP THEIR PATEINTS GET THE INSURANCE TO PAY, BUT NOT DR. FULKERSON'S. ALSO SEEMS HER PHONE IS CONSTANTLY BUSY AND IT'S HARD TO GET THROUGH.
