Dr Castellanos is incredibly patronizing. Furthermore, I am a patient who suffers from medical PTSD after nearly dying 12 years ago when my doctors treated me like a drug guinea pig, instead of running tests to find out what was causing my health problems. This causes me a lot of difficulties with trusting doctors, now-something I know is a problem and am honest and upfront about at initial visits because my health problems don't allow me to simply continue not to go to the doctor and because I have to have extra understanding from my doctors to overcome. And yet, Dr Castellanos did not explain to me a very serious precancerous condition I developed or how to treat it (for that matter, I found out about the test results AFTER my post op follow-up from a letter in my online chart-a place I explained I may not receive any information in a timely manner because I have memory issues). He did not provide a treatment plan, explain the dietary changes, or anything. He should lose his license

I’ve been a patient of Dr. C for over 20 years. He is wonderful, talkative and communicates very well. He’s funny, too and very confident. I hope he never retires!

I love the staff at this office. From doctor's to clerks. Very friendly and efficient. Dr Castalono is amazing. I went for scopes and he diagnosed what has been causing abdominal/chest pain for years. No one could ever diagnosed it so they thought I was making it up. Extremely frustrating.Very happy he figured it out.

Dr. Castellanos is fabulous. Actually, I wish he were an internist ;-) so he could be my regular doctor. He is so personable, conservative in his measures and honest. He literally saved me from a doc who wanted to cut out a foot of my colon! I'd recommend him to anyone!
