I have been a patient of Dr. Holmes for years and she has always been wonderful to me. I really think the bad reviews should be directed to Baptist Health and the office staff. Dr. Holmes left Baptist Health at the end of December 2021. I am having an acute/painful injury currently and the incompetence and lack of caring is definitely valid; FOR BAPTIST HEALTH. Not Dr. Holmes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Beth Holmes for a few years. I’ve been happy there until today. I have never seen such disrespect to a patient from the staff at Baptist Health. Apparently patients well being is NOT top priority for her or her staff. They proved today they do not care.

I had an intake appointment scheduled at 10:00 am. Got there 10 minutes early to complete paperwork (there was none). Waited for two hours, no doctor. When I finally decided to give up and leave, there was still someone scheduled ahead of me. The office staff didn't reach out to me while I was waiting, although they tried (unsuccessfully) to reschedule me when I went back to the window. I will not be making another appointment.

I waited for 2 hours for my first appointment. There was still one person waiting ahead of me when I finally went to the window to inquire. They weren't able to reschedule for at least more weeks. Perhaps doctors as busy a Dr. Holmes aren't able to adequately care for new patients.

Excellent, She listened to me, did blood tests, prescribed meds needed. My daughter also sees her and is pleased with her.

Terrible. The charges are exorbitant ($310 for a 20 minute office visit) and they do not advise you in advance. The doctor did not respond to any of my subsequent messages. I had to cancel an appt. and did so over 2 days in advance. But instead of canceling the appt. they cancelled a test I urgently needed, then sent me messages and a letter reprimanding me for not showing up to the appt. The test I needed urgently was delayed for over a month. I will never return again. Beware!

Dr Holmes was good when I went to my consultation. The staff is very ill-mannered. I had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes before I finally walked out when I went to my second appointment. Nobody came! and nobody apologized. Very odd moment of disappointment. On the other hand the nurse practitioner was very good when I get to get my antibiotics.

She diagnosed me as a diabetic and did not out me on any medicine for a couple years. She finally prescribed medicine for me When I went to another doctor and they checked my A1C, they asked why I was on the medicine. I explained why and then they took me off of it as I was not diabetic.
