I am not a newcomer to online resources, but this is my first-ever online review. I am writing it because I recently went to see Dr. Belin and wanted to recognize his work. His efforts, and those of his staff, went far beyond what I might have hoped for, and this really deserves special mention. Dr. Belin planned to perform a colonoscopy, but in the course of the procedure, saw concerning indications that led him to scope my terminal ileum as well. Although this further exam is not commonly performed, his decision to do so was exactly right. It uncovered findings that will allow me to get on to additional tests and procedures right away, perhaps saving many invaluable months or years of delay. I will always be grateful to him for his careful and thorough work. Dr. Belin clearly seeks to do what is best for his patients. He explains serious matters clearly, compassionately, and honestly, and is very responsive to patient questions and concerns. The entire staff is kind and helpful. The facilities are all top-notch.

Dr. Belin is always professional and patient with my health care. HIs explanations are clear and the procedures handled perfectly. He handled a personal need to enhance my recovery. A prior colonoscopy required specific expertise to resolve and results were excellent.

Dr. Belin is great doctor, also his staff is really nice and helpful, I myself wouldn't go to anyone else.

1st doctor Belin Miss diagnosed me saying I had cancer. In reality I have a blockage. It needed to probably be removed anyway. I went for surgery March, 2018 And he told my family Is that everything went well. My grown daughter Was jumping up-and-down in my blood. I practically bled out And he was having them set me in a chair Is which made it worse. I never remember anything. At 3 AM A day and a 1/2 later they finally convinced him To come back in And see what was wrong. I was driving up until the day before the surgery. I had no ostomy bags When I came out of the 1st surgery. He reopened me up And discovd he had not put me back together properly. I went from having a no ostomy bags To having a mucus bag and an illiostomy bag. None of my other doctors Have ever heard of getting 2 bags. I wound up and I see you and still don't remember anything. I hallucinated And remember very little. That is the 1st thing I remember Which was several days after my 1st surgery. I ended up in a rehab facility for 6 weeks. I now Remember being set to The rehab center. I lost so much blood and your blood pulls from the back of your head and I lost my eyesight almost completely. Your eyesight comes from the back of your head. I went from driving right before surgery to being legally blis legally blind and one eye or no I and below below the ability To drive with the other eye. I did not wear my glasses For quite a while because I was Very fatigued And left them all. Eventually I realized I could no longer see. 4 years later I had a corner 4 years later I had a corner Transplant And it is doing well. It could still reject at any time. My latest problem after Getting 2 stoma bags Is that I have too earnest beside the 2 stomach bags. I would never have had the To Hernias If I had not had the 1st surgery Go Is so completely wrong. 2 doctors have told me that they would not touch me To try to fix the Hernias because I would probably not live through the surgery. I wouldn't recommend doctor Bruce Belin For any type of surgery. All they tell me now is that I should wait one year And see if the Hernias get bigger. 2 years ago I had no Hernias and now they say wait a year And they will take another scan to see if they are growing. If they begin to hurt me I should go in immediately. I am not walking alone as God is walking beside me However I do not wish to die.

Dr. Belin was the most professional and efficient surgeon and Doctor I have had the pleasure working with; his ability to diagnose quickly, his plan and process to analyze and correct the problems and attention to detail when changes were needed made my surgery more than successful. I could NOT more highly recommend Dr. Belin and his staff. In addition, he genuinely cared about the patient and their anxious moments during the process.

Best doctor I’ve ever been to. He cares and listens to everything you say. Best surgeon.

You cannot find a better colorectal surgeon. Period.
