My husband and I moved back to Kentucky after about 50 years away. Knowing no one, we asked about and became patients of Dr. David Dubocq. OUR GREAT FORTUNE! Dr. Dubocq is truly amazing! He is highly knowledgeable and very caring. When a condition needs a bit more investigating, he goes all out to find answers. Recently, after a series of tests, my husband and I left for a preplanned trip to Florida. We arrived in Georgia for the night when I received a call saying I needed to return home asap and see an specialist. We had left for our vacation although I hadn't been feeling well for some time but thought the Florida sunshine would be good for me. After the call, we discussed the situation and decided Dr. Dubocq was well-informed and we needed to follow his lead. We are thrilled we did. Vacation is nothing if we are not healthy. We feel following Dr. Dubocq's advise, we will be able to enjoy numerous of future vacations. We feel blessed to be in his care!

I had been dealing with an issue for over 2 years and had seen various doctors but did not feel my issue was adequately addressed until I saw Dr. Dubocq. He was very easy to talk to and actually listened to me I felt very well cared for.

I agree with some of the other reviews, he has been my doctor for years, and always takes the time to talk about any issues or questions you may have about your health, great demeanor and a very caring doctor.

I went to him for several years with back pain, leg weakness, fatigue ect.. After finally leaving him due to no DX except him thinking it was all a back issue. Right before leaving him i told him i thought i may have MS. He brushed me off saying that takes too much testing. Well since i got another doc i have been DX with MS and they think i have had it for 15 years plus. When i was with him i could still walk without a cane. Now cant walk and have many more symptoms that could have been avoided if he would have tested me many years ago when in ask. He has cost me the ability to walk and work. I got my medical records that show he made comments like our golfer got hurt again and needs pain meds. So he thought i was drug seeking. Pitiful and if i can find a way to sue i will.

Out of all the docs he is excellent takes the time to sit down with talk about the options. None of this 5 min in and out rubbish I have multiple issues which take time to go over. Dr Applegate is also very good in that practice. Best in Lexington by far.

Dr. Dubocq has been my physician for closed to 15 years. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. He also treats my elderly mother. Could not have gotten a better physician.
