He was 2 hours behind (1 hour 55 min to be exact). Then when he finally came in, he was clearly over rushed, impatient and seemed like he was in a bad mood. I had to ask him to please sit down and spend 2 minutes talking with me. (He didn't sit down to talk to me till I asked him to, he acted like he wanted to run back out the door at any second) He was not in a good mood at all. I know he is a great dr by all the reviews, but my 1st impression was that I did not matter at all. If my next visit with him is better I will change my rating. But I was very disappointed in this (my 1st) visit. I still feel like I didn't get to tell him about all the issues I had, and I felt dismissed from him very early in the appt. My BP was 197/103 and the nurse said she'd come back in to check it again. If I worked in a medical office and a patient had a bp like that, I would've definitely been back in to check it again. That was stroke high, but nobody seemed to care at all.

Dr Hamilton repaired my broken ankle in 09/23. Surgery and recovery have gone very well. Pretty much back to normal. Highly recommend.

A rare doctor: I trust him more than most... almost more than any. He's honest and skilled. Talk with him. It's a good experience. Had the visit not taken over 3 hours, I'd be complete delighted. The office is slow.
