I really love her. She is so caring. She always listens and takes everything I say very seriously. I recommend her to everyone. Every issue Ive had she has resolve.
I love Dr. DRENKHAHN Stephens!!! I don’t see her often, but when I do, I feel like I can be honest and open with her without feeling judged!!!! Been with her for a few years now and have no plans of switching. 😁👌😊😊
Excellent quality of care. Caring, remembers me, always responsive. Provides real solutions.
She’s not available to see you if you call in & need a same day Appt. She’s good about calling in your RXs. She answers your emails. I complained x a year that I was fatigued & short of breath & had to take multiple breaks w little exertion. She’d listen to my lungs. Order labs & say it was low BP, low sugar or anemia. Never ordered EKG or sent me on to my cardiologist. Said she’d keep me healthy & from needing an open heart surgery. I have bad coronary artery disease on both sides of my family. I finally stopped listening to her & made my own Appt w my Cardiologist. I failed my stress test. A heart Cath showed the problem....I just had 4-vessel open heart surgery with bad blockages. I’d prob had a bad heart attack or dropped dead if I’d kept listening to her. She’s fine for allergies, colds or very minor probs. She’s pleasant. Yet if you have multiple health issues, best find an EXPERIENCED PCP If you want to survive.
Does she help people with tremors
Dr stephens is an excellent physician who cares and listens to any problem i want to talk about. I have switched my whole family to her
I wouldn't recommend seeing her. This wanna be doc dosent listen to you go's in one ear out of the other told her I had a sinus infection she ignore me I now my own body better than she does plus I have a stress test coming up I asked what I need to do with me being diabetic o have to water fast but she didn't tell me what I need to do to prepare for the test plus I told her I'm still grieving over my husband's death and she didn't even acknowledge you she's cold heart and git no feelings & I have anxiety problems that dosent help I give 0 stars if it let me
When this Dr. worked at White House Clinic she messed up my life! I told her l was sure l had Lyme disease, she would not test me and actually laughed at me! She gave me antidepressants and sent me home. After developing Meningitis like symptoms l was finally tested and now suffer the effects of long term Lyme. If she had taken the time to listen and run the test, l would not be so weak and unable to function.
She has no compassion or empathy. She, also, seems to have little knowledge of fairly common medical issues. I found her to be unjustifiably arrogant and quite obnoxious.
I wasted 2 days this week seeing Dr. Drenkhahn-Stephens as a new patient. I was organized in things I felt I needed to ask her and had medical and life issues I thought she needed to know. She showed no interest, just looked at me with a blank face, showed no empathy, wouldn't listen to me or explain to me concerns I had. I finally said I thought this was not going to work out. I told her I didn't think she cared and seemed to be in a hurry. She said she was "treatment focused". She agreed that we were not a good fit and said she didn't take offense as it happens all the time. I could go on and on, but will leave the personal details off of here. I won't be going back to her and would never reccomend her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
